Edulearn webThis company is the pre-eminent aviation-related training organisation in Pakistan. It provides training in aero-engineering and related disciplines to support the growing needs of the airline and aerospace industries not only for Asia and the Gulf States, but also for the world.

Edulearn has a number of key partner organisations including Air Blue, City & Guide (UK), KK aviation and Virgin Atlantic. The Company also enjoys a joint venture affiliation with Air Services Training (AST) of Perth Scotland, another key sponsor of FlyRTW80 for Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance SCAA.

When the FlyRTW80 crew arrived in Karachi on May 31st, they were met by Ibraham Saghir, Edulearn’s Chief Executive together with Mohammed Khalid Kashmiri, Chairman & CEO of KK Aviation, the flight training organisation paired with Edulearn. Ibraham and KK saw to it that both the aircraft and the crew were well re-stocked with fuel, oil, food and lodging, including even a servicing of the aircraft.

Edulearn’s strategic plan outlines a comprehensive plan for rapid growth in the coming years. It will continue to expand its training capacities in a number of aviation-related disciplines, and will ensure the company’s position as a leading training organisation in Asia, the Gulf States and the wider world.

Edulearn Air Services Academy is a UK registered company established in October 2010 with the office and institute situated at D68, Block 4, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Affiliated with the globally recognised institute Air Service Training (AST) in Perth, Scotland, Edulearn imparts trainings to aircraft maintenance engineers and aviation personnel for the aviation industries in Pakistan, Middle East and other parts of the world. The Academy is expanding to the travel and tourism sector, linked to the aviation industry.

Registered as a (Pvt) Limited, the Academy is managed by the Chief Executive Officer, Ibrahim Saghir, who maintains responsibility for day-to-day operations and consults with the senior management for strategic direction. Edulearn currently enrols 180 students and employs 36 teaching and non-teaching staff. The majority of enrolments are in the engineering maintenance program.
